Q: How will I receive a tracking number?

A: We will provide you with a tracking number after we’ve received the payment and shipped your watch.  For international orders we use FedEx as our main carrier.   If you live outside the U.S. you will be responsible for any applicable duty/VAT charges.

Q: How long does it typically take to receive my watch after I place my order?

A: Within the intercontinental United States, it will typically take 3-5 days for you to receive your watch. For international orders, the time varies and can take 1-2 weeks.  Also, at Brew we are constantly designing and working around the clock.  Please allow time for processing, shipping and handling.  

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may return your Brew watch within 14-days of your receipt.  Refunds or exchanges will only be issued for new items, without signs or wear or damage, in the original packaging. 

Q: What if I need servicing or repairs?

A: Brew watches are guaranteed under a limited one-year warranty against any manufacturer defects.  Please email us at: Support@Brew-Watches.com if you encounter any issues.  We will respond with specific instructions on sending us the watch back for any servicing required.  Damage caused by mishandling, tampering, or accidents will void your warranty.  

Q: Are Brew watches waterproof?

A: Our Special Blend Chronograph collection is water resistant up to 5ATM (50 Meters) and it is not recommended that you swim or dive with your watch.  The HP-1 Automatic Series is water resistant up to 10ATM (100 Meters) and can be submerged under water, although it is not recommended that you swim or dive with your watch.
